Solano Irrigation District: COVID-19 Concerns

Dear SID Customers,

Beginning March 19, 2020, and until further notice, Solano Irrigation District’s offices at 810 Vaca Valley Parkway and 1090 Aviator Drive in Vacaville, California will be closed to the Public due to the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 situation. While we remain 100% operational and continue all services, Solano Irrigation District takes the health and safety of its customers and its staff very seriously and is implementing this closure to minimize the risk of both contracting and spreading the COVID-19 virus amongst our staff and to you, our customers.

We are available by phone at 707-448-6847, Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Customers can still pay their water bills online or by placing them in our drop box located in the 810 Vaca Valley Pkwy parking lot. If you are in need of after-hours support (emergency) please continue to contact Solano Dispatch at 707-421-7090.

Our crews remain in the field, committed to providing safe and reliable water to our farms, families, and businesses. As you see our crews in the field, we do ask that you please adhere to all health guidance and practice social distancing.

The District’s commitment and priority is the safety of the public and its employees while maintaining a safe and reliable water supply for you and your family.
